Launch Checklist

Tip: In this guide, you will check content, links, images, domain, and HTTPS on the real frontend. Estimated time: 10 minutes.

Before launching, do not only check whether the admin saved successfully. Open the frontend in a browser and on your phone, then click through like a real visitor.

Admin-only checking is not enough

Saved in the admin does not mean visitors see the correct page. Before launch, open the frontend and click through.

1. Template Content

  • Homepage has no template placeholder copy or template industry content.
  • Banner, categories, featured products, and recommended posts use your own content.
  • Logo is clear and sized well.
  • Company name, brand name, and footer copyright are replaced.
  • There are 3 to 4 main product categories.
  • Each main category has at least 2 representative products.
  • There are 3 basic posts.
  • Contact email and phone are real.
  • No Untitled Product, Untitled Post, test, or test content appears on the frontend.
  • No other template customer's company name, address, product name, or image remains.
  • Page descriptions for Home, Products, Posts, About Us, and Contact Us match their actual content.

Do not keep piling content before launch. For the first launch, focus on complete content and correct links. More products, cases, and posts can be added later.

Review Every Page Description

Before launch, replace every template description. Do not leave English placeholder copy or reuse the same sentence on every page.

Path: AllinCMS site admin -> Themes -> target theme -> Pages

In the Description column, summarize each page in one or two sentences and naturally mention relevant products, services, or company terms. This helps search engines understand the page and may be used as the search result snippet.

  • WhatsApp number opens a chat window.
  • Notification email is configured.
  • You submitted one test form and confirmed the notification was received.
  • The received email includes visitor name, email, phone, and message content.
Test the form yourself

Do not only check whether the form appears on the page. Submit one test inquiry and confirm the responsible person receives it.

How to Test a Form

Step 1: Confirm the notification email

Open Site Info in the site admin. Confirm that Notification Email contains the real inbox monitored by the inquiry owner, then click Save.

AllinCMS admin Site Info - set the form notification email: enter a real inbox in Notification Email and save

Step 2: Open the form from the live frontend

Open the site in an incognito window or on a phone. Click a Get a Quote, Contact Us, or similar inquiry button. Confirm that the form opens, all fields appear, and the submit button is visible.

Step 3: Submit an easy-to-identify test inquiry

Use a real email address that you can access and include the test date in the message:

Name: Test Inquiry
Email: your own working email
Message: TEST - form delivery check - 2026-07-22

After submitting, confirm that the page shows a success message. Do not click the submit button repeatedly.

Step 4: Check the received message

Check the inbox and spam folder for the configured Notification Email. Confirm that name, email, topic, and message are complete. If nothing arrives within five minutes, verify the notification email in the admin and submit one more test.

Passing result: The frontend shows success, the notification email receives the message, and all visitor fields are complete.
