Advanced Pages: Cases, Galleries, Videos, and Popups

Tip: In this guide, you will know when to add advanced pages and where each module fits. Estimated time: 5 minutes.

Get the homepage, products, posts, and menus working first. Advanced pages are not the first step, but they make the site look more professional.

Do not start advanced pages before basics work

If products do not open, posts do not open, menus show 404, or the homepage still has template content, go back to Homepage Basics. Do not rush into Cases, videos, or popups.

When to Start

Start advanced pages after:

  • Product categories have content.
  • Each main category has at least 2 products.
  • There are 3 basic posts.
  • Homepage product and post modules can be clicked.
  • Header and footer menus are updated.
  • Contact information and notification email have been checked.

Add advanced modules one at a time. After adding each module, publish and click through on the frontend. Do not change many areas before testing.

1Build Cases page first
2Add image gallery
3Add video when material is ready
4Add popup after form email works
5Run full launch check

1. Cases Page

A Cases page is useful for:

  • Customer cases.
  • Project photos.
  • Use scenarios.
  • Industry solutions.

How to build it:

  1. Create a Page, using a route like /cases.
  2. Start with 3 to 6 cases. Do not leave the page empty.
  3. Each case should have a title, image, and short description.
  4. Add Cases to the header menu or a Company dropdown.

Do not force a Cases page without cases. If you do not have case images yet, do Cases later. Finish products and posts first.

Image galleries are useful for showing multiple images, such as:

  • Factory environment.
  • Product details.
  • Certificates.
  • Customer case photos.

Before uploading gallery images, read Image Guidelines so size, compression, and ratios are ready.

For operation details, read Video Section and Image Gallery.

3. Video Module

Video modules are useful for:

  • Company promo videos.
  • Production process videos.
  • Product demos.
  • Customer case videos.

If you need text next to the video, choose the Split layout.

Do not upload uncompressed video. Large videos slow down pages. If you do not have a suitable video yet, finish the page with images and text first.

4. Popup Form

Popup forms are suitable for buttons like:

  • Get a Quote
  • Contact Us
  • Request Sample
  • Send Inquiry

For operation details, read Popup Form.

Use popup forms only after form email works

Submit one test form and confirm the notification email receives it. Otherwise you may miss visitor inquiries.

5. WhatsApp Floating Button

If visitors usually contact you through WhatsApp, add a floating button to the bottom-right corner.

For operation details, read WhatsApp Floating Button.

6. Add One at a Time

Recommended order:

  1. Build Cases first.
  2. Add image galleries.
  3. Add video modules when you have video material.
  4. Add popup forms after confirming form emails are received.
  5. Publish the WhatsApp button only after the number is confirmed.

Publish and click through each module after editing.
